All purchaser’s are required to have a bidder’s number to attend the sale and to bid.
Upon receipt of a bidding number, purchaser is subject to the terms of the sale.
All merchandise is sold as is where is. All sales are final. We accept no returns.
The auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, age, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith.The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids on lots on behalf of the seller.
If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide the same or may immediately put the lot up for sale again.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed or to sell at this auctions items not listed, and reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two or more selling lots.
All bills must be paid in full on the day of the sale, even when partial removal of purchase is made.
Lots not removed within 14 days (unless items are to be delivered by Liberty Antiques or prior arrangements are made) may be resold at public or private sale without further notice and deficiency, together with all expenses and charges or resale, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser.
The record of the sale kept by the auctioneer and clerks will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
Terms of payment are as follows: Cash, travelers checks, Visa, Master card, Discover. Checks will be accepted but the merchandise must remain on premises until check cleared. |
